Job Description

The candidate should navigate an ambiguous environment while establishing project management practices, lead continuous improvement within the PMO, and maintain strong relationships with teams and partners.

Required:

• Need to have extensive S/4HANA experience (minimum one transformation) experience.
• Strong change management skills, executive-level summarization ability, relationship-building expertise, proactive risk communication, and portfolio/business value experience.
• To manage IT projects involving complex business processes, taking these projects from idea to full implementation, and tracking and reporting on progress to various audiences.
• They must manage IT projects end-to-end, communicate effectively, proactively address risks, and create essential documentation, all while driving strategic initiatives and mentoring others.
• Develop, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Candidates should have practical experience in the basics of project management: estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
