Job Description

The qualified Nurse, with relevant experience, practices independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals.

• Demonstrates awareness of all aspects of patient situations and delegates appropriately to care team members.
  
• Aligns with ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients.
  
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education and support to patients and families.
  
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors outcomes, and documents care thoroughly.
  
• Assess learning needs and develop educational resources.
  Job requirements include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and valid licenses and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Additional trauma-specific certifications may be required.]]>
